The initial installation was fine, but I have an issue, emailed them last week and auto response email said we will be touch within 1 day, this is now the third working day and no response, you cannot get to speak to anyone over the automated system, so this is to try and get some response, as I have an installed charger that after 3 months has a fault

The order process was abysmal in that non of the caveats were explained prior to ordering. For example there was no explanation of what complications may arise if a looped supply was present and the order process implies an install will happen within two weeks but even without complications this was extremely unlikely. As I was on a looped supply I did hit issues that there resolved by myself and northern power grid within 3 days but Pod Point waited on the information for nearly a month. It was only through chasing that this was discovered. The delay would potentially have been even longer! I have no complaints about the install and the installer though, the final stage was done extremely professionally and the installer was quick, thorough, friendly and a credit to a company that could do better in their explanation of things during the sales process, issues resolution and planning departments.

Initially I found taking all the photos of the electric metre to where I wanted my pod point installed a bit confusing as I kept having to resend additional information. I then spoke to someone in the installation team who guiding me through what was needed and I was then booked in the following week. The installation was very professional and I was very impressed !!

Charger was installed on the 26th October, so far I have been unable to use the charger due to the location distance of the charger to my car. I have emailed pod point twice & called 3 times asking for the charger to be moved nearer. As of yet, I have had no response apart from we are looking into it. Customer service is non existent. I have now informed my company of the poor service & advised them I am unable to carry out my duties due to the non availability of a car. At present ,My company assign pod point all there work .

It was ok, the installation took 3hrs and 15 mins. The electrician was polite. The charger is on the wall and works. I did have my electrician pre-fit an isolator so that no drilling or damage would be necessary, but the electrician said that i had to have another cable fitted in case the supply was overloaded, even though the new power supply was 3 core 25mm armored cable from the house. I heard hammer drilling, even though the garage is timber frame, and the electrician had drilled from inside and split out the timber cladding which was a shame. Anyway....it works
