The survey and installation were very good. The information exchange between the survey and the office was not consistent which meant I was asked to pay for 5 additional hours installation time upfront, 3 of which were later refunded. It would have made more sense to explain that there may be additional charges and charge me accurately afterwards. The big upfront cost made me debate whether or not I could afford the install at all. I also had to pay to hire ladders for the installers which was very strange - they are still in my kitchen 10 days later.
