It was difficult to drill through the wall at an angle but the electrician did it well.

The team were very helpful when corresponding & emailing to make arrangements, I always received a speedy response. The engineer who carried out the pre-check and the installation was very friendly, efficient and tidy with the work carried out.

Last minute cancellation meant we had a slot for installation only 4 days after ordering which was great. Installer was brilliant - punctual, courteous and did a fantastic job - exactly what we wanted and really looks neat. Podpoint unit is great for the price (still getting used to the Smart function though).

The survey and installation were very good. The information exchange between the survey and the office was not consistent which meant I was asked to pay for 5 additional hours installation time upfront, 3 of which were later refunded. It would have made more sense to explain that there may be additional charges and charge me accurately afterwards. The big upfront cost made me debate whether or not I could afford the install at all. I also had to pay to hire ladders for the installers which was very strange - they are still in my kitchen 10 days later.

Pod Point were great at every stage of the process. They were very helpful with ordering the product and answered my questions. The installation was very smooth and easy. Cameron was brilliant. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

It was hard work and quite tiresome with endless emails and requests to get ready fo the installation. However the installation by Corey was brilliant, so helpful, smooth and straight forward.

A very easy process in undertaking photos for survey assessment, uploading and answering straightforward easy to answer questions. The technician arrived 5 minutes earlier than advised but that was a bonus not a problem. Installation was undertaken without problem and power was off for about 30 minutes. App downloaded fine and charger connected to internet without problem. Basics were explained but unable to demonstrate operation as still waiting for the EV ☹️

Installation process was very smooth. Chrisnthe installation engineer on the day was fantastic with lots of experience and kept me informed throughout. Tidy and organised and left me very satisfied with services revised and information provided.

The installer was great....enthusiastic, provided a good service and left a tidy site! Having had to have some changes made to my consumer units, once I reported the completed work, the installation was scheduled and undertaken within 2 working days. There was initial confusion over the organisation of the installation with regard to the interface with my company, the CLM fleet team and podpoint, but that eventually was resolved.

Great service from first contact to installation, completed questionnaire on Monday installation took place on Wednesday. The engineer was professional and just a very pleasant gentleman. Very happy with the process from beginning to completion

Engineer arrived for the inital booked appointment but couldnt carry out the works as the layout was not suitable within my house. Rebooked for the following week whilst I lifted floorboards in the mean time. Once the reappointment came around everything went smoothly and as described. The initial information sharing could be improved with a site visit prior to fitting date - otherwise very happy with the experience.

The installer was excellent, fixing a dangerous loose connection that must have been there for years and had melted parts of the utility box.
