“If you have to phone and speak with someone, your level of customer service communication is awful. 30 mins waiting in queue with really bad music! Then someone answers to say I'll pass you through to somebody else, another 20 minutes waiting and then the original person comes back on the line to say someone will call you back within two hours, the call doesn't come and so repeat the whole process again !!”

“I was able to get an appointment quickly. The installer turned up promptly. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He did the installation very neatly and explained things well. The only snag on the day was that the GPS tracking to estimate arrival time wasn't working, but he arrived towards the start of the 4-hour window we'd been given, so that wasn't a big issue.”

“Installer was brilliant and very knowledegable. Ordering was poor - no email confirmation that you received my survey details and I needed to call twice to get an installation date. I felt that if I hadn't called then I might still be waiting to hear!”

“Simple system to choose and get the charger installed. I have the charger installed within a week from placing the order. The electrician was punctual, polite and professional. He did a great job and set up the charger connecting it to the wifi.”

“Submitting my property photos was an issue but eventually managed to complete that successfully. Trying to get help on the phone line was impossible, but once my photos were accepted I received a prompt phone call with a date and time for installation that was very acceptable. Joel called to confirm his arrival time and was on time. He was a very polite friendly young man. He showed expertise and competency. He completed the installation and thoroughly and cleaned up after himself, very rare these days. I wish there were more electricians available who had his work ethics. He’s an absolute credit to the company. I would have given a 3*review but Joel pulled it up to a 5*review. Very happy with his work and his advice.”

“The whole process of ordering and arranging for the pod point installation was very straight forward. The installation engineer was very polite, efficient and completed everything in less than 3 hours. No mess, no fuss and now have an operational charger. Many thanks”

“The information required for the installation was extensive and do think a site inspection prior would be more beneficial to the consumer. That said, the installation that was conducted was faultless. I am still waiting for my 5 year warranty which is disappointing, despite sending numerous emails for it.”
