“Your installation engineer, Gareth was superb, knowledgeable, efficient, very pleasant and deserves 5*. However, your online pre-installation form is over-complicated and not all the information requested was necessary, or relevant.”

“Communication from the customer service department is appalling, I had to call everyday for an update even though I was told I would get a call back. One of the gents on the phone was very rude every time I spoke with him. Was told that they could get the product installed quickly? Took 5 weeks. The installation engineers were fantastic.”

“My installer (Cameron) communicated very well before coming, he was friendly, polite and very helpful. A really nice fella who told me exactly what he would do, did it, and explained how the system works. Thanks to him for making it all easy!”

“Had some issues with the online form not submitting for a period of time which caused some frustration, and delayed the booking process a little (Hence the 4 stars and not 5). Once the form was submitted and the scheduler had emailed me, everything moved really quickly. Both the scheduler and the pod point engineer were very professional and answered all the questions I had concerning the installation and functionality of the pod point. Overall a good experience had on my part, and would recommend it to others”
