“Such an easy process to order and pay with the information for choosing the right PodPoint. The photo upload was fairly straightforward as well, although would benefit from a mid-application save, or state exactly what photos will be needed in the email (i.e. water and gas bonding photo requirement) but that was remedied easily enough. Installation booking was easy via a link on the return email and was a quick turnaround as well. The installation tracker (linked on one of the emails) is worth watching for confirmation of date and progress of the installer getting to you. Timing was updated as it went and was spot on. The installation itself was very good, with a very knowledgeable technician and everything went really smoothly on the day. Overall I have been really pleased with the process, and the PodPoint itself is great. I have only had good experience with the public PodPoints too which helped me make my decision and it was the right one for home as well. The App is intuitive, easy to set up timings for Economy 7 as well.”

“An easy and smooth installation. Whilst the electric was knly off for 30mins the electrian worked around our needs as we were WFH. He was so friendly and lovely to work with. Very tidy and talked me through the set up and connected the Podpoint to our WiFi.”

“POD looks great, installer was brilliant and put it exactly where I wanted etc. however failed on day 1. Has taken a month to get it resolved and the customer service is a joke for the vast majority I dealt with (one was actually very good), they simply do not read mails, do not respond and keep sending standard messages. No resolved happy with the product, but surely it didn’t need to be that hard to get it fixed, when ultimately it was broken on installation.”

“Poor support to plan and arrange installation Link from web site and e mails to forms didn’t work. No reply to any e mails I sent. Installation was excellent. Good communication and high quality work. Very friendly”

“It all happened very fast! I uploaded all the required information, 3 hours later I was provided an install date of the following day! The install engineer was excellent, arrived early and was done in a few hours, explained everything thoroughly and did a very neat and tidy job. Exceptional all round.”

“Installation wasnt the best Left all brick dust from drilling over my drive and the pod point has already come away from the wall where he has fixed into mortar . Used twice before it detached from wall ! Booking process good ! Cant send photos as currently working away from home !”
