“The whole process from order to installation has been easy and straightforward. Order was placed, photographs provided. An installation date was given, then the installers had a cancellation, so the unit was installed today, less than a week after the order. The installers were polite and professional and the installation was quick and efficient. A very tidy job. All working. The app works too. I'm thrilled!”

“A good installer I have every confidence in the work. I intuitively picked up on his days schedule which put pressure on him to get going post install with no time to help me download and use the app, which would have been good. I must emphasise I have nothing but praise for Lloyds work”

“Hi, overall a good experience. Order process was easy and general comms was good. There was no reminder of the installation date (say the day before) though and given that I did not receive a call from the engineer on the day, I was left somewhat unsure as to whether the installation was still taking place. Re the installation day, the engineer was pleasant and polite. There were however some feedback points for your attention. - I did not receive a call 2 hours before arrival as you stated. - no offer was made by the engineer to cover floors - the engineer did not sweep up after himself, particularly under the stairs where he was working.”

“The engineer was very late - after 1pm for an 8-12 slot. Once on site the installation was excellent, but we had to rearrange plans because of the timings.”
