The fitter turned up after the time I was told (not is fault) the time allotted to him was wrong . The fitting was fine and done with ease Just communication was letting it down

Booked and installed within a week. Fitter was friendly and competent completing the job in around 2 hours. Main issue was the online form to complete. It took around 2 hrs as we had to reduce image size due to the limited upload capacity, in doing so we had to start the form from scratch!

Utterly awful. Avoid. Had an installation. It has never worked. The app does not work. I have rung customer services and emailed several times. They don't care. They are making out it's not their fault when they did the installation. Disgraceful service.

After a shaky start trying to complete the online survey form the PodPoint team resolved the issue very quickly and arranged the installation the next day. Overall what could have been a difficult situation was made very easy and I am delighted with my PodPoint. Thank you

The install engineer was very helpful. We both struggled with the scheduling which in the end the engineer had to get turned off as I could not do this using the app. Not all of us wish to charge overnight out of peak times!!!!!!!

The handling of my order and the process of installation was simply unacceptable. It took over 10 months to finally install the Pod Point charger and a large part was the poor customer service I was given between the aborted first installation and the work finally being carried out last week. A clear lack of advice, the lack of support given and the lack of urgency from the pod-point team, contributed to a process that dragged on and on, and where I had to effectively project manage the situation myself. I ended up £200-300 out of pocket for unforeseen electrical work issues that were not appropriately pointed out in the initial work assessment. However, I want to add that when new members of Pod Point finally took control over the situation, I was advised by Alexander that the process finally was concluded and the engineer was sent to install on the 2nd attempt - both were excellent. Thank you to both Alexander & the engineer on the day for efficient, courtesy and excellent service. Unfortunately, this was 10 months too late and I cannot rate the experience any higher than the 'very poor'.

Very poor finish. Also the installer left without the pod connecting to my app - so I have a charger but it isn't connected to my app. I emailed support 2 days ago but haven't had a response!

The engineer was on time, and although clearly thorough was very efficient as well. The whole process took about 2 hours, so no complaints here.

I was pre warned that the booking process would be poor & the person who warned me wasn’t wrong. After sending additional photos for installation and chasing a date the team denied receiving them until I gave them the exact time the email was sent and then they found them!! I then booked a date & then unfortunately the person didn’t arrive in the time slot allocated. After a difficult conversation with the customer care team who then reported the computer had no record of my previous telephone call booking the slot (again I supplied them with a screen shot of the time & length of telephone call) they agreed to rebook it for the same day. The gentleman who came was excellent. Really efficient & polite; he was about to restore my faith in Podpoint until I used to app. Now reading reviews about the app I also see more issues ahead. I am still unable to use the app but customer care don’t really care. Wouldn’t recommend them but would recommend the installation gentleman.
