“I was pre warned that the booking process would be poor & the person who warned me wasn’t wrong. After sending additional photos for installation and chasing a date the team denied receiving them until I gave them the exact time the email was sent and then they found them!! I then booked a date & then unfortunately the person didn’t arrive in the time slot allocated. After a difficult conversation with the customer care team who then reported the computer had no record of my previous telephone call booking the slot (again I supplied them with a screen shot of the time & length of telephone call) they agreed to rebook it for the same day. The gentleman who came was excellent. Really efficient & polite; he was about to restore my faith in Podpoint until I used to app. Now reading reviews about the app I also see more issues ahead. I am still unable to use the app but customer care don’t really care. Wouldn’t recommend them but would recommend the installation gentleman.”
