“A very nice and competent engineer arrived on time and was proud to tell us this was his 2000th installation of a Pod Point. Everything went according to plan and the job was completed in two hours. I would recommend Pod Point if you need a home charger.”

“The whole process was easy and straightforward from initial enquiry to installation and activation. The service when contacting by phone was very good, and installation within 3 days of submitting the order was excellent service. The installing engineer was clean and tidy, explained what he was doing and ran me through the system when he finished.”

“My overall experience of using Pod Point for my EV charger installation was good. However, what was bad was the over complicated filling in of the "Pre Installation Form". What a faff having to supply all those pictures and information just to get the job scheduled. The engineer would have taken no more than 10 minutes to check the relevant requirements which took me nearly an hour to do online. Then within half an hour of submitting the form, I got an appointment confirmed for 2 days time. So I don't believe anyone could have checked thru all the information I sent anyway.”
