“Magnus arrived at the time he had text the previous night. He fitted the unit expertly above our expectations with no cables visible on the outside wall. He then explained the device and how it worked after he had connected it to our wi fi. Cheers Magnus and Pod point well done.”

“Ordered online Friday afternoon, installed Monday morning. Excellent service after some early problems. I was unable to complete the online pre-installation form as it failed everytime on submission. A quick phone call and I was able to submit the details via email. The engineer arrived on time and was polite and efficient. I would recommend Pod Point.”

“The installer (Mike) messaged and phoned in the morning to advise of his arrive time. He was bang on time and kept me well informed of the work that was being carried out. He was very polite and completed the work to a very high standard and on time. Great work Mike!”

“Very poor communication at the ordering and booking stage. Delayed email communications and mismatched information about booking the slots. Also, a discrepancy in the assessment of the feasibility of installation in the selected position was very confusing. The installation process itself was swift and well explained by Saf on the day, but there was a disappointment as he completely disagreed with the initial assessment given by the company.”
