“Installer was polite, friendly and efficient. Explained the charging process thoroughly and left the area tidy. Where something we have added to our order was not possible to install, they refunded it within 5-7 days. Took a while to have the charging point installed (around 3-4 weeks) however about a week of this was confirming our current power supply so everything was correct. Great price and service if you can wait.”

“Stephen did a first-class job. He arrived bang on time, put it exactly where I wanted it and cleaned up all drilling mess afterwards. He talked me through the manual and answered all my questions very knowledgeable and professionally. I would be happy to recommend both Pod point and Stephen to all my friends.”

“The booking process was not transparent - there were so many requests for different information and then charges for hidden extras such as 'Regulator recommended' surge protection. The standard installation doesn't cover much at all so be prepared to pay extra. The customer service representative displayed no interest, empathy or soft skills and left me feeling devalued. On the day however, the installer was friendly, helpful and professional and worked with us to install the charger in a convenient location, with very minimal disruption.”

“The installer was here when scheduled, he explained the installation process well and has completed a very tidy installation, delighted with how it all looks. The demostartion of how the charger will be used was well explained and covered everything too. Excellent service from the installer. My only negative from my overall experience was early communication on arranging a date for installation.”
