“Did a lot of comparisons and research into EV home chargers and landed on Pod Point. So glad I did. They were competitive in terms of pricing but the unit itself had great customer reviews. Pod Point also have me an extra £100 off the overall price which was pretty much the clincher. Once ordered, I was contacted with an installation date which was only a few days. I was then contacted a day or so later to say they had a cancellation in the area so could have it put it the next day. Overall great experience so far. Easy to order, competitive price, nice looking unit, good app, good customer service, friendly installer who did everything including connecting it to the wifi. Couldn't recommend enough.”

“I found the staff at pod point to be generally helpful and response to enquiries. The process of ordering and booking the installation was easy to navigate and phone calls were answered quickly. My only disappointment was on the day of installation when I discovered the time of my installation had been changed from morning to afternoon with no consultation or notification, I discovered from the "track your installer" link; I was then informed the installer had car issues and the date for installation had to be changed, fortunately when I raised concern about this and having waited some weeks already for the appointment, an alternative installer was able to be booked and complete the installation in the afternoon. The installation itself was easy and took about 90mins in total. The area was left clean and tidy. I was taken through how the pod worked and the set up was completed for me. Despite the issue on the day I would recommend Pod Point to others.”

“Installation was very good couldn’t fault the engineer. However since my charger has stopped working and it took 6 emails back and forth to arrange an engineer, 2 weeks I have to wait. £30 help with charging after asking. However it’s cost over £200 now. Day of engineer coming 15 mins from deadline. No engineer unfortunately. Rebook eventually another 2 weeks just not good enough. I wish I had used another supplier. Awful response from them”

“Excellent in all respects. I had to leave the electrician for a short while almost at the point of completion to pick the kids up from school, he waited without complaint and even swept up the garage after a previous electrician who had carried out unrelated work!!!”

“Installer was polite, friendly and efficient. Explained the charging process thoroughly and left the area tidy. Where something we have added to our order was not possible to install, they refunded it within 5-7 days. Took a while to have the charging point installed (around 3-4 weeks) however about a week of this was confirming our current power supply so everything was correct. Great price and service if you can wait.”
