“Podpoint said it was charging. Car did not. No indication on charger that anything was wrong. Much wasted time could be avoided if chargers and all was improved to detect faulty chargers”

“From point of order to install took only 5 days which I thought was extremely quick compared to other ev charger installers. The install was quick just over 2 hours, technical was generally clean and tidy.. cabling tidy inside the garage and the POD Point unit itself is a nice size.. all in all very happy.. only given 4 stars because my new ev company car comes on the 10th of June so unable to use it until then, so will see how the app data gets on on.. currently pleased though.”

“We have installed these commercial units but unable to get payments for usage by our customers , they do not answer emails and do not answer the phone , do not touch them , bunch of crooks”

“Mark the installer was professional and friendly. He went through how to use the pod point and what to look for according to the booklet. I had previous issues with getting a refund for an unwanted cable but he improved my thoughts of Pod Pod with his work”

“Due to a difficult siting of the charger I have required some technical support and guidance. Although this has been available it has not been easily accessable at times. The engineer (Craig) who attended this morning was extreamly polite, very professional, tidy and ran through everything that he was doing including his final testing and how to use the device. Very commendable. To sumerize, the experience has been a bit lacking to start with and I have been unable to actually speak with the assigned project manager. For customers who do not know how this installation will work, having someone to speak with and guide them through the process would be helpfull.”

“From start to finish the service has been excellent. The Pod Point customer service department answer queries quickly and efficiently. Our installer, Craig was fantastic. This is the second Pod Point we have had installed due to us moving house and we were really pleased Craig was able to intall both points. He was very professional and helpful.”

“The installation was a good process. Unfortunately I require some extra works done by an electrician in order for the unit to go online, but Mark (the installer) explained clearly to my electrician what was required.”

“Hi, I would have rated this excellent had it not been for the first installer who came and clearly did not want to install it and went away. Denroy who came the 2nd time was excellent and I highly recommend requesting him if possible.”
