I found the staff at pod point to be generally helpful and response to enquiries. The process of ordering and booking the installation was easy to navigate and phone calls were answered quickly. My only disappointment was on the day of installation when I discovered the time of my installation had been changed from morning to afternoon with no consultation or notification, I discovered from the "track your installer" link; I was then informed the installer had car issues and the date for installation had to be changed, fortunately when I raised concern about this and having waited some weeks already for the appointment, an alternative installer was able to be booked and complete the installation in the afternoon. The installation itself was easy and took about 90mins in total. The area was left clean and tidy. I was taken through how the pod worked and the set up was completed for me. Despite the issue on the day I would recommend Pod Point to others.
