This is a post sales, pre installation review. Communication is very poor. Despite having been paid £1200 it took a couple of days for any communication. I replied twice via return email, can't get through by phone and sent a message via the website to which I was promised communication within 2 days. They failed. Soon I will have no option bit
to request my bank process a charge back and find another company. If anything changes I'll update this review.
