“Very quick and easy process from start to finish. Time of order to installation date was only 4 days which was excellent. Straight forward installation with no issues.”

“The process of arranging the install was a frustrating one as very rarely do you get through on the phone. I was originally offered a slot and then it was cancelled by yourselves at the last minute and any communication about getting a new date for install was slow in terms of response.”

“It took a while to get a response to repeated support tickets to ask some questions about my installation and the earth bonding before the appointment was made. After that was sorted though, everything was excellent. The installer was great - very helpful and efficient and happy to discuss options as to where it should go etc. Clearly explained how it all worked and connected etc. Very neat and professional job.”
