“The arrangement for installation worked well though there were problems connecting to our supply. The system could not be tested because of a fault with the car which has now been corrected. The charger emits mixed blue and red flashes and I wonder if something is wrong.”

“Everything went well with the ordering process with good communication. The installer was punctual, polite and tidy in his work. However, he was unable to open a connection with podpoint network and therefore unable to demonstrate how we could link to the podpoint app. We tried following the instructions in the booklet, but seemed to get stuck in a loop without any success. We finally got connected after contacting the support centre. This was a disappointing end to an otherwise smooth service.”

“From booking to installation everything went smoothly. The online booking system was easy to understand and the pre-installation checklist might take a bit of work but it's simple enough. The actual installation was a breeze with little to no fuss. Everything was installed in the outside meter box with the socket point alongside. It was very quick and efficient with minimal disruption to the supply. Overall, a very good company to deal with and a super clean install.”

“I originally cancelled my order on the 10th of February the gentleman was not professional on the phone and didn’t confirm any of my details which I thought was strange. A week went by nothing happened I phoned again on the 16th to check because nothing had happened. I was promised the refund would go into my account it did not. I have sent numerous emails with little or no answer they just ignore you. This company is poor they are easy to take your money but not to return it. I asked for a refund 14 days ago.why pod point please contact me Regards Scott poyser”

“When I contacted the sales team, your product was explained to me in detail, and I was happy with it all. The initial installation was first class and Adam Flynn, your technician did a splendid job with the installation. He was very professional and pleasant, and explained everything to me in deatail.”
