From booking to installation everything went smoothly. The online booking system was easy to understand and the pre-installation checklist might take a bit of work but it's simple enough. The actual installation was a breeze with little to no fuss. Everything was installed in the outside meter box with the socket point alongside. It was very quick and efficient with minimal disruption to the supply. Overall, a very good company to deal with and a super clean install.

Initial form filling a bit of a pain, although I understood the necessity. Actual fitting process was spot on , on time, neat and tidy very professional.

I originally cancelled my order on the 10th of February the gentleman was not professional on the phone and didn’t confirm any of my details which I thought was strange. A week went by nothing happened I phoned again on the 16th to check because nothing had happened. I was promised the refund would go into my account it did not. I have sent numerous emails with little or no answer they just ignore you. This company is poor they are easy to take your money but not to return it. I asked for a refund 14 days ago.why pod point please contact me Regards Scott poyser

When I contacted the sales team, your product was explained to me in detail, and I was happy with it all. The initial installation was first class and Adam Flynn, your technician did a splendid job with the installation. He was very professional and pleasant, and explained everything to me in deatail.

I have found them speedy, responsive and capable. The Pod works but local IT connectivity has failed, so far, to "connect" the equipment.

Faced a delay to get my Pod Point installed even though the company took my payment up front and when it was finally installed it did not work. Although a short-term fix was made via a call to customer services and through an internet fix, I am still waiting for an engineer to come and fix it properly and now it has stopped working at all again. I have to wait over a week for an engineer visit to be arranged to fix something that never worked in the first place. I am very unhappy with the service given my pod cost £1k and will not be recommending the company to my friends and work connections.
