I originally cancelled my order on the 10th of February the gentleman was not professional on the phone and didn’t confirm any of my details which I thought was strange. A week went by nothing happened I phoned again on the 16th to check because nothing had happened. I was promised the refund would go into my account it did not. I have sent numerous emails with little or no answer they just ignore you. This company is poor they are easy to take your money but not to return it.
