“Prior to the money being taken, Pod Point was very proactive and rang me a few times to ask whether I had made up my mind and explained the process. Once I had paid the money, everything went quiet! I had to ring several times to ask about the progress of my application and to get a date for installation. Anit wasn't as if they were very busy because, during my last phone call, they had a vacant slot the next day! And on the day the engineer came early as he did not have anything else on! After installation, I was informed that I would get an email within a day or two but nothing was forthcoming for a week, so had to ring them again. The person who answered was unclear and quite dismissive, said something about sending one immediately and again nothing happened for 3 days.”

“Wow. This is what customer service should be like. In 2023 everyone is struggling to get good products and services quickly. Podpoint has excelled in my current expectations. “Very quick. Due to a cancellation, installation occurred within a couple of days of the order. Installation took less than 2 hours. Apart from a little noise and dust, it proceeded very smoothly.”

“The appointment was arranged very quickly, I had to trim some bushes and plants beforehand and the installer was flexible and worked around existing plants etc. The installer turned up on time and was friendly and efficient, letting me know what was going on and also planning in the power-off period etc. He explained how everything worked cleaned up and was gone with me very happy. I haven't used the charger yet as the car hasn't arrived.”

“After a good search on the net, checking reviews etc, it soon became clear that PodPoint were offering a good charger and a good price, so the order was duly placed. The order sequence was trouble-free, quite a lot of info and photos were required but that gave me confidence. The install day was seamless, polite chap talked me through the procedure and gave a simple rundown before leaving. clean and tidy inside and out. I haven't used the charger yet as I'm waiting for the PHEV to arrive!”
