“Our installation was arranged within 2 weeks of ringing up which was great as we got our new car only 2 days before. Turned up on time as arranged, electrian explained what he would need to do and everything went as planned. After the installationthe electrian then went through how it works and gave us some good advice, which was useful as this is our first Electric car.”

“Terrible service, impossible to get hold of on the phone. Paid for the install over 4 weeks ago and still absolutely no idea what's going on or when it will be installed. Awful communication .”

“The overall result is very smart on the outside of my house and internally things are also neat with a little help from my own electrician. I would have preferred an initial face-to-face survey as I wasn’t 100% confident with the online self-survey, although all turned out well in the end :-)”

“Ordered Monday afternoon and installed on Tuesday afternoon. The installer was excellent, walked me through the installation, and confirmed the location and cable run. Minimal disruption and an extremely neat install. very impressed.”

“Whole experience from order to installation was painless. I called up to chase up the install appointment a day or two after sending in the pre installation photos etc. The appointment came through an hour or so after I called. One week from order to install. The engineer who did the actual installation was excellent. Turned up on time , discussed the work required and carried it out quickly and very much to my satisfaction.”

“Installation procedure was really easy, we were able to book a date that suited our needs, the electrician arrived on time, he was polite and very friendly. He explained the procedure for installation and completed the work to a very high standard.”

“I placed order on day one, completed a survey on day two and the installation was done on day three, yes, as quick as that. I spent some time deciding on which supplier and product to go with and Podpoint came out tops of my researcand value for money. So I was delighted, having put my trust in Podpoint, that they delivered such a slick customer experience. The installation engineer did a great job and explained everything to me in detail. I would have no qualms in recommending Podpoint to other considering their EV charger options.”
