“Installer was excellent and explained how to use pod point clearly. It seems easy to use. Possibly expensive and asking for all of money before you even see a human was a surprise/unusual. My IT skills are poor.”

“Installation was very smooth with good communication throughout. Only downside was the pre-installation online form that I needed to complete. Struggled to complete it in one go, would be good if it could be saved as draft to return to later.”

“The Pre-ordering instructions aren't anywhere near what you have to do once you click on the order form. I've seen less photograph requests at a wedding. The Installation after the stupid form filling was Excellent though”

“From start to finish it's been great. Great price and feedback. The installer was very very helpful and gave me lots of advice. All in all very good, the charger looks great and as no cable showing very neat and tidy.”
