“Easy ordering process. Fitter was a really nice guy who turned up bang on time and finished up when he said he would. Very tidy job with no mess left.”

“The installation and survey process went really smoothly. Engineer on time and explained everything. Service was above and beyond expected. Had the untethered unit only slight issue is the Cable sometimes gets locked into the socket on the house and this caused a departure delay. I haven't figured out how to release this yet”

“The installation itself was great and the engineer was really helpful and friendly. 5 stars for the engineers! The only snag is if your control board is not adjacent / connected to an exterior wall. Podpoint won't touch this and you need to get that part installed separately, which was a big pain. So bear this in mind when you are arranging it, especially if you're in an old house.”

“Very poor communication. Very slow response to requested emails. Failed installation at first and second attempts - no email sent to me to allow addition of charger to account. You ask the customer to respond to an email, then it says "you have replied to an un-monitored mailbox". The installer was excellent but let down by Pod-Point's administrative inadequacies.”

“I did initially have issues with getting the system connected and charging at a normal rate, it I emailed support and Samad has been on hand with details of how to resolve, after a few contacts everything is as it should be.”

“Happy with the installation carried out. Did not submit Very Good response as required prior confirmation that electrics would be required to be down for a period and that there may be some noise interference. Minor point but just needed a heads up so could effectively plan for the installation.”

“I determined my requirements on the podpoint website placed my order on line, took the required photos using an iphone and sent them via the website. Two days later I received a call with an installation date within that week. The electrician came, we discussed locations and I went with his suggestions. Fitted within a couple of hours. The operating procedures and podpoint attributes were explained to me. Everything has worked faultlessly since installation.”
