“Very happy with our new charger. The guys were knowledgable and friendly. Only thing we didn’t realise was the electricity to our house has to be turned off for an hour so something to bear in mind if you’re working from home.”

“I’ve scored it 4. The installer on both occasions was a 5, he was brilliant . The reason I down marked it was because of the delay in arranging the second installation date and more so how difficult it is to speak to the right person. Danielle McHale who arranged the final installation was also brilliant though, thanks.”

“The installation was seamless and everything scheduled online with less questions compared with other quotes I got. There was an issue with excess voltage which was cutting the unit out. So commissioning couldn’t happen National Grid had to temper home voltage down to 253v and the engineer came and commissioned the unit when that was corrected after 2 weeks. Haven’t yet started using the unit yet”

“The PodPoint 3 installation was carried out on time and we are very happy with the installer's work and manner. However, contact with your head office is less good and I felt there was a lack of information following putting our order in, and paying £999 (for which I don't seem to have received a receipt). Everything has, in fact, gone ahead well, but it would have saved your staff some time, and me some time hanging on to get through if more information had been provided when i ordered.”

“Installer requested a break mid install due to the heat, ended up coming back to continue works 3 hours later. Didnt clip the cable to the wall in places, left lots of mess around the property, said he would come back the next day to finish and didnt. Needs a new visit to rectify issues.”
