“Tracy let me know when she was arriving. Her communication was excellent in explaining the process and estimated timings. Discussed layout and routing of cables of which I was very happy with and ensured I was fully aware of operational instructions before she left. All in all a satisfying process and experience.”

“Top quality product, great service. We had a few challenges and it took longer than I had hoped to get installation scheduled. However, every interaction was very pleasant and productive - I just got the impression of too much demand. Once scheduled everything else has been very smooth. I was quite nervous that the installer would turn up and would find some reason not to continue. The exact opposite was true. I was able to track when exactly the installer would arrive. Matthew, the engineer actually turned up early, could not do enough to help us through and made great suggestions to help us get the best from the unit. The unit itself is very high quality and Matthew made sure we were comfortable with all aspects of the Pod's connection, functionality and how to troubleshoot. All in all, we are delighted with the whole experience.”

“Apart from the actual installation the whole process was chaotic and very slow. Emails were not responded to and communication from pod point non existent unless I chased several times. I did nearly cancel the order on several occasions but persevered. The installation was surprisingly efficient - person turned up on time, did a neat job and within the agreed timeframe.”

“Great experience from the installation engineer. Polite and worked in a tidy way. Really has done a great job minimising any visibility of cabling. He also tidied up well at the end, neatening the drill hole to the external wall by using cement with a dye which matches the brickwork. Everything looks far better than I hoped it could, so thanks again. The car is now charging at a much faster rate and the pod is unobtrusive.”

“Easy to order what was required and good communication via emails to let me know what would be happening prior to the installation date. On the day the engineer provided excellent service from beginning to end, very friendly and advised on details of what would happen step by step. Once the charger was installed he provided information on what the different lights meant. Overall fantastic service!”

“Our pod point installation was easy and hassle free and the installation technician was friendly and helpful. The ordering process was a little sticky but the customer care team were there to help. I would definitely recommend them!”
