Apart from the actual installation the whole process was chaotic and very slow. Emails were not responded to and communication from pod point non existent unless I chased several times. I did nearly cancel the order on several occasions but persevered.
The installation was surprisingly efficient - person turned up on time, did a neat job and within the agreed timeframe.
