“Very prolonged experience after paying upfront 3 months before the podpoint was operational. Very slow to respond to emails also. Although everything is working and I’m happy with the charger now, I wouldn’t recommend this company.”

“It took time for me to get the appointment and it was rescheduled once due to staff sickness! Finally after a wait of 4 weeks I got it installed. Installation was smooth and engineer was kind and well informed”

“Engineer arrived promptly on time, and the work was completed with minimal disruption to my electricity to the house. Very happy with the result- the EV charger was installed in a good location and looks nice and tidy. Engineer explained how to use the charger, and the app- all seems very straight forward.”
