“The fitter was very helpful and friendly. He talked me through everything that he needed to to do to make sure I was happy and explained what he was doing. He also helped set up the app.”

“I hesitate to give a 5-star rating, as the install was only completed an hour ago. The installation itself was 5-star! - Very neat and professional. Please give me a month or so to evaluate the equipment Regards Edward Davies”

“Endless stress dealing with pod point. Pod point do not survey your house, they do it off pictures/videos. This resulted in us being quoted nearly a thousand pounds extra of work. THREE months later and endless emails/phone calls someone attended our property to survey. The extra work quote was now £54! I’ve never dealt with such a difficult unhelpful company. The outlay of 3 months of public charging points and the inconvenience too. I wouldn’t not recommend pod point. However Hayden who finally come out to help, was very helpful in advising and then eventually installing”

“A more formal approach during the booking process is preferred. The informality of first names terms should be my choice not yours nor your data system. The lack of an onsight survey also irritates - you’ve passed the risk to the customer. Fortunately the installation went very well.”

“Craig provided an excellent service. Notified me the previous day of an ETA and was very pleasant on arrival. We discussed preferences with the install and he ensured everything was clear prior to leaving. Good, professional workmanship and even went out of his way to guide EV charging.”

“From start to finish the process to order the installation to it fitted was exceptional. The engineer which fit the product was very friendly and helpful. He explained the product in detail and cleaned around his work station when finished. Family were present when installed and he was very friendly with them and worked around other work on the property.”
