“The experience was OK but not that great. After ordering, there was pin drop silence from pod point and I wasn’t given any installation date. I had to call them after a week to check if they had everything they need. It was then they booked me an installation date. I was expecting to get a date with a chaser. However, once I was given a date, everything else after that went smooth.”

“Quite straightforward. Some organising to do with the energy supplier as we didn't have an isolator switch. Sometimes had to hold to speak to someone for longer than 10 minutes, but in the end all worked pretty well and the installer was very helpful and pleasant.”

“The whole process from first contact to installation was smooth, frictionless & well executed. Contact around the fitting was direct, quick and accommodating. The staff member was accommodating and polite. The fitting itself was done by Mark. He was polite and helpful throughout. We especially noted the precision of his work - every line was straight and the site was left extremely tidy.”

“Cameron was brilliant. He communicated his every task and movement very well. I liked that he got in touch via text the evening before to let me know his eta. And sure enough, he was on time. He was very accommodating during the installation and testing. He explained everything well and I can't see any issues. In all a very timely and professional service.”

“The installer arrived on time, was very courteous and efficient. The installation was completed in around one and a half hours. The only downside, not his fault, was that I had to go out and he had left by the time I got back. I couldn't link the unit to my app using the serial number. However, I called the PodPoint customer support line and they had me up and running immediately. All in all a stressless process and the charger is working perfectly.”
