“Professional service with minimum disruption and no mess. Very customer services staff and engineer. Pod Point were very flexible and able to accomodate my installation quickly on a mutually agreeable day.”

“It took a while to get a response to repeated support tickets to ask some questions about my installation and the earth bonding before the appointment was made. After that was sorted though, everything was excellent. The installer was great - very helpful and efficient and happy to discuss options as to where it should go etc. Clearly explained how it all worked and connected etc. Very neat and professional job.”

“The engineer was extremely competent, quick and careful. No mess or hassle, and he even discovered a small leak in my lounge fire. He made the fire safe and my central heating engineer very soon repaired it. I cannot fault any stage of the fitting”

“The electrician who fitted out Pod Point Charger was fantastic. The office for communication and organisation was very very poor Total lack of communication from the office and could not grasp our 3 seperate orders Very disappointed in the office”

“POD point has been 1 of the easiest things I’ve had to sort out, very organised making it stress free. Nice guy came to fit the socket causing no issues , just fitted the socket, showed us how to use it then left with no mess or problems”
