“apart from communication error it was good”

“The guy who installed it was great, however customer service do not reply to e-mails. I ordered and expected a call to arrange installation which is advertised as 2-4 weeks. After a couple of weeks I sent an e-mail which was not answered. A week after that I called to find out that they had not reviewed my order, the previous 2 e-mails I had sent ( 1 was a query before ordering ) had been put in the "wrong que" internally so had not been responded to and as opose to apologising they moved on and to be fair did all checks for the install. It happened about 5 and half weeks after order so outside the SLA. The guy who installed it was great. Happy so far with the charger but the CS is far bellow any reasonable expectation.”

“Tony installed our PP charger this week and he was absolutely incredible! He was so warm, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond with the installation and subsequent instructions and I wish every customer service was as good as his. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Tony and Pod Point to anyone and we are grateful to him for doing such a good job.”

“I found the whole experience with Pod Point Really Very Good. Pod Point were recommended to me by my employer having recently upgraded my company car to an all electric car. Not normally a fan of doing things all digitally but genuinely the emails, links within them and simple instructions to follow from Pod Point made it very easy to follow through the process from quote to installation & they notified me quickly of a cancellation so that the installation date (which i was anticipating to be 1 - 2 months due to the xmas and new year fast approaching) could be brought forward to before xmas. When the engineer arrived, i found him to be very personable, understanding and courteous to myself and my partner who were working from home to ensure we were not unnecessarily disrupted when he needed to turn off our electricy supply when completing the installation. Product looks great & talked through the basics by the engineer who was very respectful and patient when doing so, despite us having to stand in the rain - bless him.”

“Engineer Tom arrived on time and soon got under way with installing the charger , Tom was very profesional in his work and explained what he was doing from start to finish. Tom was very chatty which put me at ease.”

“First the inconvenience of having everything ready last Thursday 30/11 and your contractor not appearing. Having to reorganise things for a second time, all in these very busy pre-Christmas weeks. The job is so straightforward technically that there is not much that can go wrong. Literally a drill through a wall and 1.5m of cable altogether. I am expecting my car in about a week so please keep in touch until this is finished. I hope there are zero problems from here on.”

“Matthew arrived within the allocated time period, arrived at 8.15am. He explained what would happen and confirmed where we wanted the charger fitted. He fully explained in a clear manner how to use and maintain the charger and what to do if any problems. Great experience, thank you!”
