Easy to get ordered, I was contacted really quickly for installation which was great. I did reply to a couple of emails about my scheduled booking that weren't answered so I had to email a couple more times to get confirmation on the installation date. Day of installation went great, was told they would arrive between 8am - 12pm, they were knocking on my door at 8am. Very polite, respectful of my property and talked me through how the charger worked before they went, all done in 2 hours. Plugged my car in to check it worked and all is fine!
