“The installation was done very well on the day the engineer was very helpful and professional. The only issues I had was at the per installation review, the communication was from the office was very poor. To the fact I had to miss two days work because engineer was book twice but no show. I had to keep calling to find out when the work was going to be completed”

“Installed within days of first contact. Very friendly and simple process, I would certainly recommend Pod Point. The installer's workmanship was 100% and he was very helpful in positioning the EV charger in our preferred position.”

“Really disappointing experience. The installation technician was surly by nature and has carried a pretty poor quality installation. I asked for the cable to be clipped above the garage door and left a photo with the route highlighted. Instead the cable was looped over the roof rafters.”

“Very helpful booking over email / phone, brought booking forward which was a nice bonus. Online form for pre-installation good although could do to accept larger file sizes (modern camera photos of installation areas quickly add up in MB). Installation on the day very good with a helpful, knowledgeable technician.”

“From start to finish, Pod Point have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We contacted others, as you do, and no one came close to customer service from the office. Ben Wood (sales), Rhiannon (booking uis in) and Ash (the EDF engineer who fitted) were all SUPERB!!!! 5 stars isn't enough.”

“The guy that fitted our pod point was absolutely excellent. The purchase was very easy but the customer service/communication after pod point took the cash was really poor. No acknowledgement of the property pics or any installation eta. Customer left wondering where they are in the process. Some automated confirmations etc would go a long way! pod point was installed within a week and after unsettling radio silence I was contacted the day before installation.”

“My install was not urgent, so was rescheduled several times - but we got there . The installer arrived promptly at 8am (8-12 time slot) and discussed the route he would take for the cable run. A neat professional job was done by Tim the installer, he then connected me through the app and explained how to operate and how to get the best out of the app 10/10 great job !”

“The information necessarily required by Pod Point in the ordering process is quite detailed but the step by step online process is clear. The installation was carried out efficiently by an obliging and personable young man whose explanation of how to operate the device was clear and precise.”
