“The process was really quick, very easy and I knew exactly what to expect. The team organised the installation very quickly and provided helpful information to prep for installation. The installer Liam was fantastic, communication was great. He confirmed a time of arrival, and explained what would happen when. He was quick and tidy and considerate in terms of noise/drilling and holes in walls etc.”

“The whole process was easy and swift end to end. The fitter was on time, respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. His workmanship was excellent and site left clear. He set up and explained everything brilliantly.”

“The initial install was pushed back due to an issue with the engineer on the day suffering an injury which is understandable. On the day the of the install the engineer was very good and explained all on the day. There was however an issue whereby I had paid for the Surge Protection unit but it was not installed on the day and was not on the technician's paperwork to install. Also my solar panel array is now not working whereby I will need to arrange for a solar technician to come and resolve the issue.”

“Installer scheduled today didn’t turn up. No communication from anyone. When I called it took over 30 minutes in queue to speak to customer service who assured me installation would definitely take place today, but Engineer was delayed on previous job. Got a call about 30 minutes later to say engineer didn’t turn up for work! They could reschedule over a week later. I said that’s not good enough and want it sooner than that, promised to get back to me today and they haven’t. They have over £1000 upfront payment. I have an electric car on drive with no charge and no charger. Would have purchased a petrol car if I know it was going to be so much hassle. Took unpaid leave from work and spent the evening before moving all the storage boxes in garage ready for installation. Really disappointed ☹️”
