The customer service wasn’t that great. On occasions I waited almost a week for a reply. I never got straight answers and this dragged out the process. Installation was fab. No complaints there.

Podpoint were highly recommended to us. The online ordering process was quite complex for an older customer. We were encouraged to buy a cable which the installer said we did not need and must now return. The installation was scheduled within two weeks and the installer came at 3pm, not between 9 and 1 and customer service were hard to reach. The installer and his explanations were excellent

This looks like a great product. Three and a half weeks after ordering it was installed a couple of days ago. The install by Eddie was better than first class . The ordering process once the order placed was less impressive and communication with the sales team virtually impossible. There was one simple step that was absent from the process once the installation questionnaire was returned. That was an acknowledgment to say “Thanks,we are now working with our installation team to identify a possible installation date- typically we would expect that to be approx XX days/ weeks. “But instead you receive nothing , and e mail queries are ignored and there is no one on the help lines to answer the phone enquiry. So I sat for two weeks without hearing anything - I was starting to wonder whether I had ordered something on a fake website! So great product, fantastic install, but a gap in communications between the sales and operational teams. It shouldn’t be too difficult to improve this

Your installation engineer, Gareth was superb, knowledgeable, efficient, very pleasant and deserves 5*. However, your online pre-installation form is over-complicated and not all the information requested was necessary, or relevant.

Communication from the customer service department is appalling, I had to call everyday for an update even though I was told I would get a call back. One of the gents on the phone was very rude every time I spoke with him. Was told that they could get the product installed quickly? Took 5 weeks. The installation engineers were fantastic.

My installer (Cameron) communicated very well before coming, he was friendly, polite and very helpful. A really nice fella who told me exactly what he would do, did it, and explained how the system works. Thanks to him for making it all easy!

Overall the installation went well. The engineer that installed my charger was brilliant, gave good explanation of how charger works and was also helpful with technical issue that arose about my electricity supply.
