“Great buying process, good follow-up. The engineer arrived on time, Pod was installed quickly with no fuss, a tidy worker, a nice bloke. He gave me a tutorial so I could use it easily. Strong recommend.”

“Felt that the initial abortive visit could have been avoided by a phone call as there was some doubt about the damaged door from the photo. Could have been cleared up on the phone. Installation was carried out competently and professionally by a friendly engineer with a good explanation of functionality. Found it difficult to communicate with the right person - confusion between functions.”

“Installer (Guy and his trainee) were brilliant on the two occasions that they came to the property to carry out the testing and installation but the booking process for getting a slot felt really clunky. I waited over a week to get a reply about getting a booking in place meant I had to chase them by phone to get an installation slot but otherwise PodPoint were fine. The requirement for the installer to take photos of the earth grounding could have been made more clear and seems pointless when the water pipe coming into the property is plastic anyway. I'd still recommend PodPoint at the end of the day!”

“The company did what was advertised, installed a 7kW charger. Aside from scheduling an earlier appointment and then failing to turn up, they were fairly efficient. Mark, the installer, did a brilliant job on the day. It turned out to be a far-from-straight forward installation and he spent five hours working out the best route and installing it. He was very knowledgeable and the wiring is very tidy indeed.”

“The installation was fine but the black cable where the cable runs inside the house is unsightly. No trunking was used. I waited for the installation for 6 weeks and on the day the electrician exceeded their starting time by 3 hrs and consequently finished later than expected. Normally waiting 6 weeks for an electrician can be expected but not when you have to pay in full in advance. I had to make 2 enquiries via a very odd complaints link to a website and even then I needed to telephone on 3 or 4 occasions to find out what was happening.”

“Good apart from the online Pre Installation Survey form is not the easiest to action, asks for extra images only to tell you the file is too large to process. Took me 4 attempts to complete, taking up to 30 minutes each time.”

“Our installer was fantastic. He arrived on one of the wettest days imaginable. Provided excellent service throughout his time at our home, continually communicating with what he was doing and then took the time to explain the pod point and talk me through home charging. Upon leaving, he was soaked to the bone and still had a smile on his face. 10/10 for customer service. An excellent experience all round.”

“Disappointed, we had to pay all monies upfront before even trying to order. You have had funds for over a month. Communication by email is unwieldy and not convenient, especially after 5pm on a Friday night!!! The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left is doing!”
