“Overall excellent experience with Pod Point, though I found the initial fact finding form difficult the worst bit of the process. It kept on going back to the beginning and I’d have to enter all the photos again. Everything else was no problem. Installation great and the app works fine.”

“Came at arranged time and explained what he was able to do and asked if I was happy with plan. He then installed charger and explained all the workings of it and how to download the app and link it to the charger. Pleasant and professional individual who carried out his duties to a high standard.”

“Engineer arrived at a sensible time in the morning. He discussed what he was going to do and gave me some choices. Then he got on with it and gave a hand-over when completed. he left the area clean and tidy.”
