“Had some issues with the online form not submitting for a period of time which caused some frustration, and delayed the booking process a little (Hence the 4 stars and not 5). Once the form was submitted and the scheduler had emailed me, everything moved really quickly. Both the scheduler and the pod point engineer were very professional and answered all the questions I had concerning the installation and functionality of the pod point. Overall a good experience had on my part, and would recommend it to others”

“Generally it was a good install, however my electricity meter box door is now broken, I cannot get the correct pod point identification number on the app and so I cannot log onto the thing on the app.”
