“Luam and Mike were both great to deal with. The only slight issue was response times on the emails, the usual was 12-24hrs, and where we had to use an electrician to make some internal adjustments, which at times required an update sooner. We were only updated with a contact phone number right at the end. After the internal work was complete, the outside connection etc. went well with Mike, who was very helpful and informative.”

“Overall a high quality installation supported by an efficient booking and planning process. My only concern was the high cost of additional cabling as it required more than the 3 metres included. Good to see a partial refund is on the way.”

“The charger works fine when it works. However it’s totally reliant on my very average internet connection and when that’s insufficient I can’t charge my car. Seems bonkers that my wifi strength determines whether I can charge my car or not. Unless of course there’s a non WiFi option which I don’t know about.”

“Although the list of info required at the initial review / quotation stage seemed rather long at the time, this definitely paved the way for a smooth installation. I required a slightly longer cable than standard, from my meter box to the Pod Point and this was accommodated at a minimal extra cost. Once payment was finalised, the installation was completed the following day. Super tidy work and great communication from the Engineers.”
