“Emails prior to installation were not handled well, and in the end the wrong day was confirmed. After I pointed this out I had no response, and the installer then turned up without confirmation. Luckily the installation could go ahead, despite prior commitments on the day (because it hadn't been confirmed). The installation itself was fine, and the engineer very helpful.”

“Fitter very good and did what promised to. Still waiting for an email to link to my account my home system, despite being told it would arrive within a few hours and sending emails to chase it up when I did not hear. Still waiting . Also when booking installation on phone very confusing process despite sending numerous pictures.”

“Impossible to get through on the phone, days for an email reply, no return call. Told unlikely to be fixable, better to replace. I excellent engineer visit, Kevin was superb. Told me it was an easy fix and didn’t need a replacement. Did new one anyway as already paid for Poor enquiry process, excellent engineer”
