Frustrating having to have to do an assessment and video prior to installation. Which was of no help as the engineer came up with a muchbetter solution than our best guess video assessment. This could have been avoided with a face to face pre installment assessment which would also identified modifications needed to our electric meter tails.
Delays in activating our charger post installation due to necessary replacement of meter tails (see above) and there are still ongoing problems connecting charger to Wi-Fi
