Couldn't find a telephone number to ask if I could return the 10 metre charging cable I ordered by mistake, which has now hopefully been resolved by me awaiting a returns label, otherwise it was a fast efficient service

Filled in the form and was almost immediately called back to set the date for installation. Electrician arrived when he said he would and installed the pod in the exact location I stipulated with minimum fuss. Everyone I encountered during the process was friendly and the pod has worked fine since I received my electric car (early days admittedly).

From the point of choosing Pod Point to it being installed was absolutely great and stress free! The survey of my property including where I wanted the Point installed was straight forward including the photos. Almost as soon as the survey was received by Pod Point they made contact to arrange installation and for us it was the next day. The person who undertook the installation communicated with us regarding an arrival time. He was prompt, organised and completed it in half a day. He showed us how to work it and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. We are using our Point almost daily and it’s great, easy to use and very convenient!! I would highly recommend Pod Point they are professional, competitively priced and deliver exactly as they promise!!

Particularly challenging experience due to no pre-installation survey; emails and having to send photos is a restrictive way for customers to understand what is required. The process was drawn out and involved many moving goal posts of what we needed to do, but no help was provided just complicated instructions!

Frustrating having to have to do an assessment and video prior to installation. Which was of no help as the engineer came up with a muchbetter solution than our best guess video assessment. This could have been avoided with a face to face pre installment assessment which would also identified modifications needed to our electric meter tails. Delays in activating our charger post installation due to necessary replacement of meter tails (see above) and there are still ongoing problems connecting charger to Wi-Fi

Everything went OK,lots of emails explaining the installation, had to provide a lot of pictures which the engineer I think never saw...installation was OK but the first 20 mins I had to convince the engineer how the install was going to happen....very frustrating but we got there in the end....not had time to test as car not coming until march 2023

Quick to take your money, appalling customer service. The installation took over a month to arrange due to a ping pong game of email sending, there was clearly a reluctance by the Domestic Project Manager (Charlie Phillips) to communicate other than by email even though I requested several call backs regarding the installation. Post installation I reported a fault with the unit, The process to report the fault is via email, to which an automated reply is received, this reply advises you that the fault has been logged and a technician will be in contact in 24 hours if not sooner. 9 days later I received an email.
