“All done online but forms were simple to use and photos were able to be added where needed. Telephone number was available but I didn't have to contact. Emails sent to make appointment and this was also straight forward to do. Installation was really straight forward and only had power out for 15 mins during install neat work and placed exactly where we wanted it. Installer was really helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had. Would recommend”

“Jamie was great. He talked me through what he was doing and he was very appreciative of a cup of coffee. At the end, he cleaned up as if he had not been there and then talked me through how to use the POD Point and done a demonstration to show me. Very satisfied with the whole experience”

“The Engineer was brilliant and patient. BUT twice he was not given the right parts to complete the job. It took three visits over 3 weeks to finally get a working installation, then the security lock was almost not fitted until reminded by me.”

“From first looking into it to installation everyone I spoke to was well informed and super friendly to talk to. They all answered any questions that I had and made recommendations (often to save me money!) to help along the way. The whole service was quick and I’d 100% recommend pod point to everyone!”

“Install of podpoint was a long arduous affair to get to the stage of a simple install. Installers have installed the unit ok, however they damaged and broken my consumer unit door so it no longer locks with a key. I called the engineer an and they dismissed it as nothing they can do as don’t have the ability or tools to fix it. Not happy at all and will be looking for podpoint to rectify the damage they caused.”
