“Easy to book installation slot, the only slight negative was the wait time due to availability of installers. Nevertheless PodPoint were professional throughout and their contracted installer came at the allotted time, was pleasant and did a very neat and tidy job.”

“Very poor customer service and very slow to fix faults. Charger unreliable and fails when you need it. It then takes 10 days to get an engineer to visit. Poor communication and lack of care.”

“Jen exhibited exceptional friendliness and efficiency while coordinating the installation process. The engineer provided excellent assistance and was highly efficient. “I wanted a home electric car charger,,POD Point, was my choice, having been a public charger for 2 years, so first i claimed the ozev grant, super job, bought my home charge online, so easy, next,lating date, time, for the install at the property. The engineer came, nothing was too much trouble, was here 2 hours, job done, pod point done a very good job, im well please, thankyou.”
