“The installer came within a few days of ordering and was extremely professional. The cabling is neat and unobtrusive and the charge point nice and convenient for us. We had a small problem with our earthing which needed a visit from the network operator to resolve. Pod Point rescheduled us for the final connection which only took a few more days. We're very pleased with the communications and with the installation.”

“Overall experience with Pod Point was good. We did have to have other electrical work done to allow installation. This however wasn't picked up on the survey so two separate visits were required. Have to say on the day we did get the installation completed the engineer who carried out the work was fantastic. Great install and left the house as he found it.”

“Really glad I have installed the pod point solo 3. I found the charge point a lot quicker to charge than using the three pin plug and a lot charger than from public charge points. Not sure how the app can disable the charge point so that other people cannot use and also I purchased a 7KW pod point but when charging the rate goes up to 6.8KW. I would have been happier if they put the surge protection as part of the installation price rather than having to buy it separately. The installation was great and the electrician did a good job and was very impressed by the work he did.”

“The engineer was brilliant, clean, tidy and a nice guy too. I didn't think it would be possible for the cable to run below our front door, but he tried everything he could to make it happen and did manage it.”

“Organising my installation proved to be a lengthy process, requiring numerous phone calls to the Project Manager in an attempt to secure a booking date. It was a frustrating experience, as many individuals promised to provide updates but failed to follow through on their commitments. However, the engineer who ultimately came to install the pod point was exceptionally helpful and managed to redeem the overall poor customer experience I had encountered before this point.”

“We found it hard to submit the info as per the original info form emailed out (a lot of terms/info we didn't know), so our experience started fairly negatively. However, Matthew our surveyor/installer was absolutely wonderful and really made our overall experience positive. He explained everything in a clear but unpatronising way. He was polite and came up with ideas and advice for the minimising hassle in the install. On install day he was equally personable and professional. We were incredibly impressed by him and it is our opinion that you are very lucky to have him as an employee!”
