“Jen exhibited exceptional friendliness and efficiency while coordinating the installation process. The engineer provided excellent assistance and was highly efficient. They tidied up all the mess and left behind a remarkably tidy and professional job. I would strongly recommend Pod Point to anyone in need of an electrical charging point. “I wanted a home electric car charger,,POD Point, was my choice, having been a public charger for 2 years, so first i claimed the ozev grant, super job, bought my home charge online, so easy, next,lating date, time, for the install at the property. The engineer came, nothing was too much trouble, was here 2 hours, job done, pod point done a very good job, im well please, thankyou.”

“All done online but forms were simple to use and photos were able to be added where needed. Telephone number was available but I didn't have to contact. Emails sent to make appointment and this was also straight forward to do. Installation was really straight forward and only had power out for 15 mins during install neat work and placed exactly where we wanted it. Installer was really helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had. Would recommend”

“Jamie was great. He talked me through what he was doing and he was very appreciative of a cup of coffee. At the end, he cleaned up as if he had not been there and then talked me through how to use the POD Point and done a demonstration to show me. Very satisfied with the whole experience”

“The Engineer was brilliant and patient. BUT twice he was not given the right parts to complete the job. It took three visits over 3 weeks to finally get a working installation, then the security lock was almost not fitted until reminded by me.”
