“Too many questions asked about installation finally lost the plot when they said they couldn’t drill through a step. Cancelled my order which in fairness they processed quickly. Annoying waste of time for no result after 3 weeks”

“Product seems to be very good, but initial fact finding is limited and this leads to complications that could be avoided. Support after fitting is pretty terrible, just getting a cable changed seems to be too much trouble, and then they want more cash upfront.”

“Cannot fault Stephen the installer. Lovely guy and a very tidy job. Explained to me exactly when electricity etc would go off as I work from home and require wifi. However, the start of the process and communication regarding installation was appalling. I emailed a complaint and finally received a telephone call with an apology and installation date. Rated 3 due to experience with installer who brought score up!”

“Once we got over processing issues, help reducing phots on preinstallation form so it could be sent. All went well. Installer was very good, polite, explained all and answered all questions. Even helped me on decision to return unecessary lock for refund.”
