Cannot fault Stephen the installer. Lovely guy and a very tidy job. Explained to me exactly when electricity etc would go off as I work from home and require wifi.
However, the start of the process and communication regarding installation was appalling. I emailed a complaint and finally received a telephone call with an apology and installation date.
Rated 3 due to experience with installer who brought score up!
