“I've used pod point public chargers before and I've had generally a good experience, and the home charger was nothing less than that. It would be great if the charger fuse box was inside the house or if it would be possible to fully turn off the charger from the app”

“My first appt for fitting was cancelled the night before - although I had to contact podpoint myself to find out why I had been offered another appt. Apparently the engineer was unwell but nobody let me know to explain the situation. Despite this poor communication, when Danny arrived (a week later) the service was excellent.”

“Installation was straightforward to arrange and straightforward on the installation day. Installation locations were discussed on the day and then the engineer was left to it. The power was only off for maybe half an hour and we were given 15 minutes notice before it would be turned off so that we could prepare for it. Overall happy with the experience and although I've only used the point once so far it worked as expected (the app was the difficult part).”

“Very helpful in every respect when speaking on the telephone. Your application form with regard to photos could state the maximum is 10. Other than this a very smooth and seamless process.”
