“The installer Matt was excellent. He worked quickly and efficiently talking me through every installation route and possibility. He acted as though it were his own home in trying to ensure minimal disruption and mess. Very impressed with Matt's professionalism.”

“Rate it? - poor. The installer was great - but so far thats been the best bit. I was only advised after the installation had been finished that my supply was looped and that it may need to be changed and that this was under the control of Scottish Power. Because of this, the unit has to be limited to only provide 13amps to my car. It transpires that the solution to this problem may very well involve my drive and/or my neighbours drive being dug up so my property can be "unlooped". Why wasn't it established in the planning stage despite my sending photographs as requested? Had I known of this issue right from the start I would not have continued with the installation and would have requested a refund. As things stand I have paid £1000 for what is basically an outside wall socket.. I have not received value for money in the slightest and could have easily paid a local electrician a fraction of that price to put a different solution in place. I now have to wait to see if Scottish Power require the supply to be altered before I can make use of the very expensive charger I have bought from you.”

“Install felt a little rushed. Online survey was pointless as lots of things changed when the installer looked at things. Had to move parcel box which now doesn’t open fully when charging… at least the unit itself works.”

“It was unfortunate that the installation took place on a very wet and windy day. The instal!er had no protection from the weather and I had to hold an umbrella over him and the fuse box at part of the installation process to protect the electrics from the rain. The installer could have done with something he could work under to protect from the elements. It was not explained to me which fuse on my fuse board covers the charging unit if I needed to turn off the supply at the fuse box.”

“Brillaint, booked in my day for the 28th and they called on the 18th to say that they had an engineer free to install that day if it was convenient. The installer arrived and ran me through the process with ease, was knowledgable and helpful and left no mess at all. Top rate work”
