“Excellent experience! From my initial interest via the website to full installation within a matter of days. The installer, Muhamad Ali, was excellent - very helpful, good advice and incredibly efficient. All that remains now is to check that the product works well once I get my electric car! “The chap who came to fit the pod and conducted a pre-installation survey was fantastic. However everything else was horrendous. The questions I received back to the installation form were unclear, unhelpful and you needed to have an electrical degree to understand. In hindsight I wish I had used a firm that automatically conducted a site visit first.”
