Took over a week to get an installation date from full payment. Installer was great, really helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was up and running.

There was a lot of back and forth with the ordering process and then I had to call to find out that an installation date was already booked in but just not communicated to me.

Fantastic service and installation The guy (Dan) arrived when he phoned to say he would All took less than 2 hours and afterwards, Dan made sure we were all connected and good to go!

My appointment was actually brought forward, a real bonus. The engineer was bang on time, very neat and tidy, kept me informed and was really knowledgeable and helpful when handing over a perfectly competed installation. Very happy with the service.

A nightmare of a company to deal with, from installers refusing to carry out the job and blaming the initial surveyor for this, then also lying about there being asbestos and it was wet in the cellar area and cancelling the isntall on the day. This took months to evenutally complete and no gesture of goodwill from the company and still no refund for an item that was not installed. Given the choice I would've cancelled them, but there was a special deal on with the manufacturer of my car.

I was expecting to have my charger installed today between 11.00 and 16.00 but the technician rang me at 9.00 to say that he would be at my house in 20 minutes. At the time I was away from my house but managed to get back in time. He explained that he was filling in for a colleague who was off work but bizarrely asked if I was able to help him. Whilst I was happy to do so this was completely unexpected and certainly took some time and effort. I had already had to dig a trench underneath my pathway to avoid an extra £900 charge! I watched him carry out the job and he rather brusquely asked if I was going to watch him throughout the job. I thought this was both rude and unnecessary given that he had been offered drinks etc. He didn't clean up particularly well leaving wood shavings inside and brick dust outside. He also queried why I didn't know about earthing information and I explained that I had completed the survey with photo's to the satisfaction of the engineer. He seemed to find a number of problems rather than giving me the confidence of him ringing solutions. In the end the job was completed and I asked him to test the charger before leaving. Incidentally I'm not sure he would have done so without me asking! So in conclusion you seem to have great reviews but my experience is completely disappointing and I will not be recommending you on this basis. Given that I payed for excellent service I expect to be refunded some of my charges as I had to cope with poor customer service and help pull the cable through etc.

An anticlimax....after incessant emails asking why I hadn't ordered yet I was expecting a truly 5 star service. To make it better please consider the following. It would be good to know in advance the photos and information you need to book ahead of entering the online order process as I kept losing my progress and having to go back. That said it wasnt such a big deal. A booking confirmation email would have been good, a telephone call from the installer to say they were en route was expected but didnt happen. I would have appreciated that the installer cleared up his mess and didnt leave it all in a box in my garage and throw his personal rubbish in my bin and more importantly that they showed me how to set it up to WiFi as it still isnt connecting. How about a telephone call after you have recieved my money and the podpoint has been installed to ask how its all going? No aftercare recieved which is a shame.

I decided to go ahead with Pod Point, as they were highly recommended to me along with the fact that Tesco also had Their chargerS within their car parks. However, I have found them to be very unprofessional, I have been trying to have my charger installed since 02/10/2023 and hoping that it will finally be installed on 05/03/2024. Podpoint ask you to send pictures and draw diagrams in order to save having to send someone round to your house to actually plan and measure up. On 02/10/2023, I paid £1,088 - thereafter , I received a few emails back and forward, but I often I found I had to do the chasing to and from. Despite sending in various pictures of my fuse box and the distance between the fusebox and the location of where I'd like the charge point. It took them until November to come out and advise me that as the distance was greater than 25meters, this was a two man job and also their option of having cabling running along the bottom/foot of the house rather than hiding it under the eaves meant that I had to instruct an external electrician to do the cabling in the basement of my house at an extra cost of £500. I am hoping that Pod Point will be able to fit the charge point and that should be that, however, common sense would have been much appreciated if only they had sent someone out in October to measure up and plan the cabling rather than relying on the end customer. I would definitley not go with Pod Point unless you are not in a rush and don't mind the chase.

The installation man was pleasant and very tidy in his work. The Pod Point was installed and he let us know the basics in operating the Pod Point via the phone. From first point call to Installation they have been very professional and I would highly recommend them and you could even speak to an actual human being if you wanted to ask any questions and the phones were answered quite quickly which is very rare these days. Thank you very much to the whole team. 😁
