Calls from the office were friendly and helpful. The engineer that fitted the charger was polite and friendly, taking any hassle away and sorting any potential issues.

Eddy arrived promptly and was polite and advised each process as he was installing the pod. He was helpful in helping me set up the app and instructions on how to use the pod. He was brilliant from start to finish, I couldn`t recommend him highly enough.

Craig informed me the day before of his arrival time and arrived promptly! The work was completed quickly and efficiently and he very helpful explained the process; all round a quick and easy installation!

I have been very impressed with the customer service from Pod Point, the team were very helpful when making the purchase and arranging an install date. The technician (Eddy Howard) arrived at the agreed time today to install my 22kw charger and discussed the installation with me before he started the work. He has done a brilliant install, very neat and when it was all wired in he ran through how to use it and set up the Pod Point app for me.

Firstly I want to thank Chris Key, one of the Pod Point Ltd., Homecharge Sales Executives. I'd looked at other wall charger types and when I became unsure during the online ordering process, Chris's support was a contributing factor in my decision to proceed. Ordering the product was very straight forward, although after seeing the key-lock and surge protection device fitted during installation, I think the price adder for these items is rather excessive. Installation generally went well, but I think the installer could have shown more care with the new product... Several times during fitting, the chargers plug was dropped on the driveway leaving it rather muddy and scratched upon completion. Also I didn't appreciate having to clear up after installation... screws, bits of wire, nuts and drilling dust, which was ironic given that I was shown power was at the charger using a vacuum cleaner. So far, since installation, I have no major issues. The wall charger appears to be working fine, although seemed to lose WiFi connection the same day Pod Point emailed me to say they'd checked it and were receiving a heartbeat signal every five minutes. I reset my router and now everything seems to be fine again. All-in-all, I would recommend this charger, it's slick and looks tidy. I hope in time, home wall chargers become more reasonably priced and get support for home owners.

We chose pod point because of reviews It was installed on the 5 th February. It stopped working after 15 minutes of charge. A faulty circuit breaker not made by pod point. Since then despite trying at least 15 times we have been unable to connect to the pod point internet and every time the charger needs to be unplugged we have to disconnect the power because the charger won’t come out. I have been in contact with the help centre then tech team who just send us round the same connection loop described in the guide. IT DOESNT WORK I get the distinct impression that help staff think it is us who are unable to follow instructions The tech team only communicate by email. It is altogether frustrating and I am fed up with the whole response

Booked and paid for on 17th August 2023, Installed 26/02/2024.... Had to call In February 2024 to chase for installation after having a survey done by Northern power grid in November 2023. (They confirmed no further work was required by email to pod point and CC'd myself and was asked to forward email to pod point). Had an email a week after calling to confirm appointment on the next available date which was 21/02/2024, Took a day off work and no one turned up! Clicked on the track my installer link on the email which then informed me he would attend on 26/02/2024 so had to take another day off.
